Manual harvest in boxes during the first week of October. The grapes are pressed and destemmed in a vertical press. The must is racked in the traditional way by natural cold decanting and fermented in stainless steel tanks where it remains with the lees for a minimum of 3 months.

Color: Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections.

Nose: Intense aroma of tropical fruits (pineapple, grapefruit) with a pleasant hint of green apple.

Mouth:Fresh, unctuous, velvety, with an excellent acidity that makes it refreshing.

Pairing: All kinds of fish, seafood and soft cheeses.

You will discover that some whites are not enjoyed cold, they are loved.
