In the e-mail you will receive confirming your order will appear the number assigned to it, which will serve to identify it when requesting more information.
All prices shown in www.bodegashorola.com are shown with 21% VAT included unless otherwise expressly indicated.
The delivery time of your order will depend on the shipping address to which we must deliver it.
For orders delivered in provinces within the Iberian Peninsula the approximate delivery time will be 24-48 working hours. If your order is delivered to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands the approximate delivery time will be 72-96 working hours. For orders shipped to Ceuta and Melilla, the approximate delivery time will be 72-96 working hours.
We will try to meet these delivery times to the best of our ability.
The shipping cost is calculated directly according to the number of bottles of wine you have purchased and the province where the order will be delivered.
If you find anomalies at the time of delivery of your order, please inform the carrier and review it with him.
Complaints about your order will be accepted if they are made within 24 hours of receipt of the order so that we can notify the transport agency and process the corresponding claim.
We will only accept returns of products that have not been received in the right conditions.
The deadline for the return of an order or part of it will be 14 working days after receipt.

Remember that any product you want to exchange or return must be in perfect condition and the return must always be made with the original packaging and labeling intact, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected (this is important because otherwise the product may be damaged during transport).
Once we receive the returned merchandise in our warehouse, and after checking its condition, we will immediately proceed to refund your money by bank transfer to the account you indicate. Remember that we will refund the cost of the product, but not the return shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part or because the product has arrived damaged or has a defect, we will assume the shipping costs that cause the return.
